Full Text

Communication.

A correspondent asks, why Premiums of Insurance have not fallen, since every pretext for our dear allies taking our property, is REMOVED? It is surprising, that the late IMPORTANT DISCOVERY about a diversity in the form of a role d'equipage should not have brought Premiums down to less than half to what they were two weeks ago. Instead of which, the price of insurance is the same as it has been since our dear allies have taken it into their heads to rob us; which clearly proves that our Underwriters are firmly convinced that plunder us they will, let the Role d'Equipage be in the OLD or NEW form.
