VENICE BLOCKADED.

On the 26th of July, the King of England caused it to be signified by the Rt. Hon. C. J. Fox, Secretary for foreign affairs, to the Ministers of friendly and neutral powers residing at the Court of St. James, that His Majesty has caused the most rigorous blockade to be established at the entrance of all the ports of Venice.

This order was published in London only four days before Lord Lauderdale left London for Paris.—This does not look much like peace.

The general opinion in England, was, at the last date, that Mr. Fox would soon resign in consequence of ill health.
