The Helena Herald.

That most excellent eight-page, forty-column paper, the Helena Weekly Herald, appears in a fine new dress, and is beyond question the best newspaper published in Montana. It is well edited, and the mechanical work about it is almost faultless. The publishers are D. W. and A. J. Fisk. The present number is replete with Congressional, Legislative, and other important telegraphic matter; editorials treating of the leading topics of the day; and local intelligence comprehending the essential items of news of the entire Territory.—Wyoming Tribune, 30th ult.
