On The War Path. -- Andrew Johnson, notwithstanding the reports of the critical condition of his health, "still lives," and will live to plague his implacable partisan enemies, who have followed him with a vindictiveness that has scarcely a parallel in political history. The telegraph states that Mr. Johnson will soon visit and speak at Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis. Andrew Johnson was always popular among the masses of Tennessee, and it looks as though he still retains the influence and sway over the public mind that gave him every political honor within the gift of the people. - Indianapolis Sentinel.
