Ground-breaking ceremonies for the Anderson Avenue Park have been set for tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock with key leaders of both races present. The exercises will herald the beginning of work on the park site as well as give impetus to the development of two other parks for Negroes which will cost approximately $450,000.

The Fulton Commissioners are urging a large turn out of Atlanta and Fulton County citizens to the park site which is estimated to cost $100,000.

The tract of land was leased to the county for $1 per year. The proposition represents the fulfillment of a park development program under consideration for several years.

BARRIERS REMOVED
