The exercises will herald the beginning of work on the park site as well as give impetus to the development of two other parks for Negroes which will cost approximately $450,000.
The Fulton Commissioners are urging a large turn out of Atlanta and Fulton County citizens to the park site which is estimated to cost $100,000.
