Paris, Jan. 11.--Vaillant, the anarchist, who was sentenced to be guillotined yesterday in the court of assizes, was taken today to the prison of La Roquette, where he will be executed within the prison walls, and not in public, as is customary. If Vaillant continues in his refusal to sign an appeal to the court of cessation he will be executed in about ten days' time.
The Journal Des Debates says that Vaillant at supper yesterday evening declared that everybody was deceived in believing his sentence would prove a check to anarchy.
