THE SPOT-LIGHT

To whom it may concern:

I don't know whether there is a law for apartments to be inspected before they are rented out to families or not, but if there is none, there should be one passed to protect the poor families from living in unconditioned buildings with their children. At times they are paying enough rent to buy the whole building.

Robbins is growing bigger and better and is a fine place to live. Every family should be proud to call Robbins their home. Every family should also be protected from paying for what they are not getting. If they pay enough for conveniences, they should have them. A landlord should have a clear conscience.

I hope this suggestion will be given a thought, and a law passed, if there isn't one in effect at this time.
