Full Text

Leonard is a Trapper.

Hello Cousins: Please give me room to sit down and chat a little for I like your letters to the page just fine and my papa takes the Arkansas Farmer so I am entitled to a little room on the Cousins Page. I am going to school at New Bethel, my teacher's name is Robert Lowery. I like him fine, I have 3 sisters, 2 of them go to school. I live 7 miles from Subiaca, Ark. Well, my age is between nine and fifteen, who can guess how old I am. I have been trapping some this winter, and caught several oppossums but the time is nearly up on hunting and trapping so I guess I will have to hang up my traps till next winter so I will ring off for fear of the waste basket. Please print this for me if you think it worth printing.

Leonard Mullings.
