C. & C. Railroad.

The C. & C. railroad runs six miles in fifteen minutes—not very fast—but it beats "horned horses."

Thirty-two cars of rails arrived Saturday from the ship-load recently received at San Francisco per the Western Belle, which sailed from Cardiff, Wales. The vessels Forfarshire and Ennerdale, loaded with rails, fish plates and bolts, some time since set sail from Newport, Wales, and are nearly due in the Golden Gate. The Aberystwith from Liverpool will also soon arrive with a similar cargo.
