FROM RUSSIA.

Letters from Archangel, state that the principal part of the goods imported therein for the last year, had been seized by order of the government, on a suspicion of their being English, or the produce of English Islands ; but that after several weeks detention, many of the vessels and cargoes were released ; accompanied, however with an order not to sell or dispose of any thing until further notice. Our correspondent gives it as his opinion, that the same measures, will be pursued in Russia, against commerce as have been practiced in Sweden and Denmark.
