ARE YOU REGISTERED?

The Good Citizenship committee's registration campaign is meeting with much success, according to a committee spokesman. College students are making a door-to-door canvass to seek any and all who wish to register so that they will be eligible to vote in the coming election. The students will call the Daily Express, headquarters for the campaign, for cars, supplied by the committee, to carry anyone to the registration office.

The committee furnishes the students transportation to and from the college, one meal and a small fee for their services. The students are doing a fine job, said one committee member. "We feel that through the committee's efforts the greatest number of Negro voters will be registered in the history of Dayton."

The committee sent out letters of appeal to all groups and organizations to support their drive. Churches in the city are giving the committee their full cooperation. Members of the committee are speaking in several churches every Sunday.

Officers of the committee are: C. J. McLin, Jr., chairman; Cornelia Shaw, secretary; Oliver Robinson, treasurer. The Good Citizenship committee meets every Tuesday at the Tabernacle Baptist church.
