Brochure To Be Issued.

This week, a brochure entitled "Guardians of Your Property and Welfare" will be distributed to Newington residents with the joint cooperation of the Newington Police Department and Chief William Halleran, and the Savings Bank of New Britain. It has been cited as one of the most unusual civic publications in recent years about a problem, that until now, little has been done. In this brochure, instructions and suggestions will be given on a wide range of subjects enabling the individual homeowner to better understand how he can work with his local police department in protecting his home and family.
