Seaman, Ohio.—From our Calvary Correspondent.—The Calvary reporter received last week a letter from Mr. M. D. Shumaker, of Caledonia Ohio.
He was a successful and much loved educator in Adams county; Supt. of Winchester school, of Seaman school, District Superintendent and County Superintendent.
His many Adams county friends will be interested to learn that Mr. Shumaker has retired from the teaching profession and is employed by The Midland Mutual Life Insurance Co.
He has an office with the company in Marion, Ohio, but he and Mrs. Shumaker reside in Caledonia where for a number of years he was the efficient Superintendent of the schools.
