What comes after the fourth? If you can answer, "the fifth," then you are lucky. So many are counting sad moments: the loss of some loved one, trip to the hospital, the jail and to court, and even the undertaking places. We anticipate these holidays for months ahead and estimates the number that will be killed. We never seem to try to beat the figures. It has become something we are accustomed to. As a people and a Great Nation July 4th has a powerful meaning.
There are no worries these days, just press a button and you get what you want. No worries about not having the money, there is always the finance company ready to take care of the deal.
We should be happy and we are, most generally, the happiest Nation on Earth. If you have the wrong mate, there is always a Judge to decide your case. If you don't like your business, Landon Atkins will get you out of that. He will sell it for you. If you don't like your home, Taylor Mfg. Co. will make it over just the way you want it. There just ain't anything to do these days but be happy.
Do you worry about being in debt? Look at your Uncle Sam. Does he worry? Nope, he lets Byrd and the millions of tax payers do that. So-o let's get down to the voting precinct and cast the vote that will keep things like they are.
