Full Text
The Herald has about concluded that it is folly for us to pay any heed to the little squibs as published in the different 2x4 jerk-water would-be newspapers scattered here and there over the county. To do so only gives publicity to their misrepresentations and false assertions for otherwise nobody would see what they had to say. Each of them has a handful of subscribers in the locality in which they are published but in other sections of the county the existence of such papers is not even known and when we refer to them people wonder what we are talking about.
