By the Snow Anna, Captain Livingston, in 33 Days from Lisbon, we are favoured with a London Paper of the 11th of May, from which we have the following Advices, viz.

Paris April 29. By decree of the Parliament of the Court, the arret of the Parliament of Rouen of the common hangman, as a seditious libel, infringing upon the royal authority and the laws of the realm, as tending to render the King suspicious of the sentiments of the Magistrates, to shame the loyalty of the people, to withdraw their obedience, and as falsely attributed to the said Parliament.
