Is the Express a Black Republican Organ? —"Swezy was for maintaining the Government. He was for the employment of force to repel force. He did not acknowledge the right of secession. In fact, he stood on the Republican platform, and endorsed the position of Mr. Seward and President Lincoln's Inaugural as regards the policy recommended towards the Seceding States."—Express.
