SUPREME COURT.- The case of Chancellor v. Karns, etc., from the Circuit Court of Wood county, was dismissed on motion of the plaintiff in error.

In the case of Heavner v. Godfrey and others, Edmiston made the closing argument and the case was submitted.

The case of Kenna's heirs v. Quarrier's heirs, from the Circuit Court of Kanawha county, was argued by Smith for the defendants in error and submitted.

The case of Bartlett and others v. Fleming, from the Circuit Court of Taylor county, was argued by Richardson for the appellants and submitted.

The case of Zoll and Dunsmore v. Campbell, etc., from the Circuit Court of Monroe county, was argued by Boggs and Wheat for the appellants and by Sperry for the appellees.

On motion of Mr. Lamb, Daniel W. Polsley was admitted to practice.

Adjourned to 3 o'clock this morning.
