Wins Eisteddfod Prize

Miss Grace Moore, daughter of Mrs. E. E. Moore, formerly of this city, now of Wellston, won first prize in the piano solo event for boys and girls over 18 years. Other prize winners were King Ave. M. E Church, Columbus, best church choir $150. Second prize went to Northminister Presbyterian church, Dayton, O. The Jackson male chorus won the $400 award, while the Ohio State University was second.

Many other prizes were awarded in events, the winners being from Ironton, Portsmouth, Springfield, Oak Hill, New Boston, Columbus and many other cities.
