Kansas City, March 16.-One murderer, five burglars and one horse thief escaped from the Wyandotte county jail in Kansas City, Kan., at 5:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon.

The men who escaped were "Red" Queen, Mike McCain, Fred Dawson, William Baum, Henry Hardy, Henry Rafferty and Sam Thomas.

The men cut a hole through a twelve-inch brick wall. Up to 2 o'clock this afternoon none had been recaptured. The jail has been in a notoriously bad condition for some time. The men who escaped were the worst who were confined in the jail.
