Ed. Chief:-

Voters of Webster county: Now as the R. R. prospects are not in the distant future, the question comes up, what will our county do? If submitted to the people, which it doubtless will be in a short time, will their voice be in favor of bonds or to the contrary. As intelligent voters we ought to have our minds made up and the cost counted, so that, when we are called upon to decide, we can do so, without making a mistake.

Let us not go to the polls and in the heat and excitement of the moment, do anything of which we will repent in after years, yet not be able to change. Let us hear through the Chief about this,

VOTER.
