A friend informs us that we located the "New Establishment" lately discovered by Capt. Jinkens, in a wrong quarter. To correct the injustice done the neighborhood in which our Reporter placed this "retreat," we publish the following description of its exact locality: It is situated on 14th street, opposite the Exchange Hotel, in rear of Mr. Carter's paint shop; entrance through the alley, between Mr. Talley's stable and the office of the High Constable. A more isolated and complete rendezvous for thieves has really been discovered in the city.
