Meharry Professor Visits Jamaica

KINGSTON -- (ANP) - Dr. Alexander A. Williams, a native of Kingston, now a physician and surgeon and associate professor in urology and anatomy at Meharry Medical College, Nashville, arrived here by Pan-American plane Saturday morning.

Dr. Williams had been away from Jamaica for 23 years, having left Kingston in 1923 for the United States where he entered New York University. Later he took medicine, graduating from Meharry in 1940. His 11-year-old daughter accompanied him. "They will return to the United States early in August."
