PERTH AM BOY, May 9.

At a Court of Oyer and Terminer, and general Goal Delivery for the County of Cumberland, one Maurice White, was indicted for treasonable Practices, in drinking a Health to the Pretender, and Damnation to King George. He is fled from Justice, and lies skulking in Philadelphia, or some Part of Pennsylvania.

At the Court in Salem, two Persons received Sentence of Death; viz. Charles Conoway for the detestable and unnatural Sin of Bestiality, with a Mare; and Aaron Marshall, alias Allen, a Deserter, for Horse stealing: And an Indictment was also found against him, for robbing a Dwelling House, but he was not tried upon that, being before capitally convicted. They were both executed on Thursday the 5th Inst. Two was burnt in the Hand for Manslaughter, & one whipt.
