A Bill for punishing Mutiny and Desertion, was bro't from the Commons, and read the 1st Time : Order'd, to be read a 2d Time this Day Se'nnight ; and the Lords to be summoned.

Order'd, That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty, That he will be graciously pleased to order the proper Officer to lay before this House an Account of the Articles of War intended to be established for the Year ensuing: Also a List of the Promotion of the Officers of the Army. since the 25th of March. 1737; with a List of what Officers have been in His Majesty's Service, or in Half Pay. since the 25th of March, together with the Dates of the Commissions of such Officers.
