Legislature.

The cars failed to bring us Indianapolis papers or letters on Saturday night, and we are without legislative news. Col. Drew, who has been brought home, by the painful event in his family, informs us, nothing of importance was done on Friday. The Senate continued the debate upon the rules, and upon the right of a Senator to vote on subjects in which he had an interest, and without coming to a vote, adjourned till Monday. The House was principally occupied, in adopting resolutions and hearing reports of Committees.
