Roger F. Moran was elected president of the St. Thomas Golf Association at a meeting held last week.
Other officers elected include: Hugh M. Smith, vice president; Dorothy Boyd, secretary; and A. Mahlon Lindqvist, treasurer.
The directors elected are Vincent Wallace, Clifton Martin, and Edward Boyd. Judge Herman E. Moore was elected an honorary director.
The association is preparing for its tournament with St. Croix which is scheduled to take place on Sunday.
The St. Croix team will arrive Saturday. After practicing all day Saturday, a dinner dance will be held in their honor in the evening.
On Sunday, the players will tee off in the tournament early in the morning.
