Republicans, to Arms!

On Monday next, the Republicans of Maine are again called upon to rally to the polls, and make choice of a Governor, Legislature, and several County Officers. They have a world to win, the foe which they last year vanquished, by 21,000 majority. This year again victory will be won on Monday next, at the polls in a contest where the warfare is purely partisan—where the party can give the most votes?

If the Republicans cast the most, the victory is theirs. In unity, the Republican party crushes its opponents by a vast test. Its members will carry from State to State and County offices, as that party presents no right to succeed.

We have no man. No better man can be found for the office, in all respects.
