BEVERLY BANKS HOLDS ITS ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting of the stockholders of the Beverly Bank was held yesterday afternoon in the Banking rooms of the bank, and directors and officers elected for the ensuing year.

The Board of Directors were re-elected and the following officers were elected: Bruce Yokum, president; James B. Baker, vice-president; R. L. Fowler, cashier and Baker Yokum, assistant cashier.

The office of assistant cashier is a new thing for the Beverly bank and in their selection of Baker Yokum for the position, they chose one of Randolph County's best known young men. Yokum is a son of the late Dr. H. Yokum, through whose efforts the Beverly Bank was established several years ago.
