Full Text

From Annapolis.—We have advices from Annapolis, says the Baltimore Chronicle, to Wednesday, at noon. The Whig electors are still in session, and will continue to adjourn from day to day as long as there is a possibility of the election of a Senate. Their number had received no accession since Mr. Sellman joined them. The Executive did not appoint the Commissioners to negotiate the loans authorized by the Improvement Bill, nor do we believe that, in the present state of doubt and uncertainty, they will do so.
