Oct. 11. They write from Vienna, that M. Lanzinski, the Russian Envoy at that Court, has very lately had a private Audience of the Emperor, in which he assured his Imperial Majesty, that the Retreat of the Two Armies, commanded by the Veldt-Marshals Munich and Lacy, should not hinder the Russians from opening the Campaign next Spring with greater Vigour than before; and that the Empress of Russia persists in her Resolution to continue the War with the Porte, if that Power makes the least Difficulty to conclude a Peace upon reasonable Conditions.
