SANTA FE, Oct. 15.-U. S. District Judge Colin Neblett held Frank H. Strong, of Albuquerque, guilty of contempt of court following the hearing of a petition of a trustee in bankruptcy over property of Hertha F. Small, proprietor of the Blue Bird Tea Room at Albuquerque. The court required Mr. Strong to pay the costs of the suit and a reasonable attorney's fee to the trustee's attorney and directed that an order be drawn to that effect.
The petition filed in court alleged that Strong Brothers had forcibly taken from F. O. Westerfield, trustee in bankruptcy for Bertha F. Small, certain property in his custody.
