Church Dedicated at Windsor.
The Rachel Harlow Memorial Church dedication exercises took place Tuesday, the church being crowded all day. Presiding Elder L. L. Beeman conducted the services, and sermons were delivered by Rev. Mr. Broadbeck and Rev. D. E. Miller. Mrs. Rachel Harlow, widow of Hiram Harlow, died about two years ago and left $10,000 to the Methodist Society for the purpose of building a church, and the result is the handsome brick structure on the corner of Main street and Durkee's lane.
