The Anti-Monopoly League.
New York, March 12. The managers of the anti-monopoly league are kept so busy organizing branches and answering correspondence from all parts of the country, that they have no time to do anything else. Branches are now established in twenty-five States, and the mail brings from forty to fifty letters every day, asking for constitutions, by-laws and instructions. The managers now propose to devote their special attention to the organization of branch districts in this city. One was formed in the first district Tuesday. There was a large attendance, and more than fifteen persons signed the roll. Another was formed in the 12th district Thursday night. It was composed mostly of German representatives and residents. Another will be formed in this district next Tuesday night, and thereafter the managers intend to organize at the rate of one district every two nights, until the entire 24 are completed.
