CITY SOFTBALL LEAGUE

It was announced this week by officials of the Veterans of Foreign Wars that the organization will sponsor a city softball league this summer. Already three teams have been formed and a fourth is being sought to round out the playing schedule. Any business or organization wishing to enter a team in the league is requested to contact Louis Fisher in the County Superintendent's office in the court house. Anyone wishing to play in the games should contact managers of the following teams: Moody's Grocery, Joe Brice; Coburn's City Market, Harold Coburn; Emerson's, Bill Buford.
