Little Rock, April 24.--The State Capitol Commission will advertise in a few days for bids for furnishing the state house. About ten companies have already submitted samples for the consideration of the Commission, and prices will be submitted on June 2. Many other companies are asking for specifications.
Contractor T. T. Reddick of Fort Smith is completing the excavation for the $40,000 power house in the Northwest corner of the grounds, and surveying for the concrete tunnel that is to connect the power house with the capitol sub-basement.
