ENJOY ANNUAL
MEETING
Again the silent wheels of time their annual rounds have driven and one more year is added to the lengthening chain of life and another anniversary has been observed perpetuating the friendship, ties and the lives of the six surviving Charter Members of St. Elmo Commandery No. 13.
On Wednesday evening, June 1 in the quiet and seclusion of the office of Sir Knight James H. Kennerly. Sir Knights John C. Bone, Joseph W. Case. John M. Cook, J. L. W. Grover, J. Stanley Handford and James H. Kennerly met, as is their annual custom, as the guests of Sir Knight John C. Bone and enjoyed their annual banquet and meeting where two pleasant hours were passed away in Knightly converse, old time reminiscences and plans for the future.
A sumptuous feast was served and heartily enjoyed by these young and faithful cronies.
One year hence Sir Knight J. L. W Grover will be the host for the fifth reunion and celebration and each in annual turn will serve as long as life's chain remains unbroken.
The shadows are lengthening and know not how soon the sun may go down, but while the day is bright we will meet and rejoice that our lives and hearts are refreshed always by memories of days of "Auld Lang Syne."
JOHN C. BONE,
Recorder.
