The returns of the election in Morgan County have been so slow coming in that we cannot give, this week, a full statement of the votes cast. However, we will give the majorities, as follows:
STATE TICKET.
Republican majority, 408
SENATORIAL TICKET.
Stimson. (Rep.) majority, 358
COUNTY TICKET
Stanton. Radical candidate for Representative, majority, 137
Pinkerton. Radical candidate for Probate Judge. majority, 220
Havener. People's candidate for Sheriff. majority, 10
Kirkbride, Radical candidate for Recorder, majority, 269
Niceswanger, People's candidate for Commissioner. majority, 7
Keiser. Radical candidate for Infirmary Director. majority, 75
Cooke, Radical candidate for Coroner. majority, 151
The People's Ticket, as will be seen above, had two of its candidates elected.
