Full Text

NEW BRUNSWICK, November 19.

Last Sunday morning an express passed through this city, with dispatches to the President of the United States: He informed that the Duke of York, with his whole army, were made prisoners, on their retreat from Dunkirk, by the brave French troops.

We are rather left in suspense respecting the truth of this glorious account. This express was said to have been sent by citizen Genet. New-York papers, as late as Saturday evening, make no such mention; we hope by our next to give the public a more satisfactory account.
