They write from Stockholm, of the 3d of this Month, that the King having taken into Consideration the Complaints of the People concerning the Dearness of Provisions, and being desirous to remedy that Evil, had caused the Bread to be weighed in his Presence.

They add, that though the public Altercations still continue with great Vivacity, and Unity till seems to be at a great Distance, yet all zealous Patriots confide in the King's Wisdom, whose paternal Care for the Welfare of his Country and Subjects manifests itself daily upon every Occasion.
