The M. E. Church has been undergoing repairs and improvements of late. The walls are nicely papered. The chimney and pipe so fixed that there is hope of no more trouble with a smoking stove. An altar and carpeting will soon be in place. More hitching racks for teams have been built. The dedication of the church completed and out of debt will take place in the near future. There will be an old time watch meeting a week from Sabbath evening and a week or more of special services, the pastor to be assisted by Rev. J. H. Wood and others.
