MOORE MUST GO TO PRISON

Nebraska Traveling Man Denied a New Trial.

Abraham Moore, a Nebraska traveling man, who was convicted a year ago of swindling a stockyards firm out of $47,000 by selling a herd of cattle which he did not own and of the actual existence of which there is still some doubt, has been denied a new trial by the appellate court in Chicago.

The firm which Moore is said to have swindled is the Strahorn, Hutton, Evans company.

He will be brought back to Chicago to serve a sentence of one year in jail and will pay a fine of $1,000.
