French Premier Says Chancellor Has Broken All Previous Promises

PARIS, Oct. 10.-Premier Daladier, in a radio speech tonight, accused Chancellor Hitler of repeatedly breaking promises.

The French Premier said the French will not lay down arms "until the world has peace."

Daladier further said: "Neither France nor Great Britain have embarked in any war for conquest. We have accepted the present war because Germany wanted to impose domination on Europe's peace. Germany now offers a ruse, which means violence. There will, however, be real peace in the future."

The Premier reminded his far-flung audience that after the German conquest of Austria, Czechoslovakia and Poland, Hitler each time asserted he had no more territorial demands.

"What is his next move if he is not stopped, and how can any nation within reason place any dependency on Hitler's promise?" concluded Daladier.
