Prof. Lowe's Balloon Pictorial.-The first number of this rather unique monthly paper has just made its appearance. The title page contains a handsome engraving, the Professor himself being the subject, with the patriotic accessories of the American Eagle and the Stars and Stripes. There are a number of other cuts, well executed, on the whole, and the paper presents a generally engaging appearance. It will continue to be issued during the ballooning season; that is, for the next six months.-New York Tribune.
