Full Text

BOSTON, March 27.

Extract of a letter from England, Jan. 15.

It is not known yet what plan the Ministry will adopt; but as Lord North has given out that no more troops will be sent to Boston, it is not intended to enforce it vi & armis, but withdrawing the troops and blocking up your harbours, which would be aiding your measures. It is my private opinion that they will be obliged to repeal the obnoxious acts this present session, provided you remain firm, and they see no prospect of breaking the union of the colonies.
