ARGUING THE CASE.
The Denver Police Muddle Occupying the Attention of the Supreme Court.

Denver, March 28.--The argument on the application of Wells, Taylor & Taylor, attorneys for the old fire and police board, to have the injunction re-established restraining Mullens and Barnes from interfering with the old board until such time as the right of the governor to remove the old members is determined, came up in the supreme court to-day. The question of jurisdiction was the principal point discussed up to noon when a recess was taken until 2 o'clock.
