BATH, May 26. On Monday the 32d Regiment of Foot, which has been at St. Vincent's upwards of eight Years, marched into this City from Wells. The Officers and private Men were received here by their General (Leighton) with the most distinguishing Marks of affectionate Esteem, after so long an Absence. An elegant Dinner for the Officers was provided at the Bear Inn, at the General's Expense; and a Donation of 20 Guineas equally divided among the private Soldiers, who are only 85 in Number. Yesterday Morning they pursued their Route to the Devizes, where they are to be joined by a considerable Party of Recruits, and by all the Officers belonging to the Regiment, in Order to be reviewed on Saturday next by General Irvin; when, we hear, they are to go through their several Manoeuvres, and Method of Bush-fighting, as against the Caraibs in St. Vincent's.
