TO HOLD A "FATHER AND SON BANQUET"

Secretary Bushnell of the Alliance Commercial Club states that arrangements are under way for the holding of a "Father and Son" banquet and get-together meeting in this city in the near future.

The plan is identical almost with that carried out in many cities by the churches and more generally by the brotherhoods of the church. Every father is expected to bring his son or sons and those men who are not fortunate enough to possess a son are to bring some boy. While the idea has as yet not been fully worked out Secretary Bushnell believes it should be a "go" from the start.
