"The Providence Literary Cadet, which we are always glad to see, has not been received at our office for some days past".-Alexandria Gaz.
We assure the Editor of the Alexandria Gazette, that his paper is regularly mailed at this office, and that if it miscarries, it is no fault of ours. By the way, complaints of this kind multiply--Postmasters, or their assistants, are in fault, and we are determined to make an exposure and an example, so soon as we have sufficient proof to justify us in going on.
