GOVERNOR C. ELMER ANDERSON helped start a freight car load of Minnesota flour from Kandiyohi county, Minnesota, on its way to the starving and needy overseas when he participated in dedication of the carload at General Mills, Minneapolis. The flour was given by Kandiyohi county farmers through CROP, the Christian Rural Overseas Program, for distribution abroad through Catholic Rural Life, Church World Service and Lutheran World Relief. With Governor Anderson is Rev. Gerald Muyskens, Roseland, CROP chairman in Kandiyohi county.
